To register and maintain an account on yotogel, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: Yotogel is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances returned, and the matter escalated to the appropriate authority where required. We use mandatory KYC to enforce this requirement.
Eligibility is assessed at the point of registration and may be re-assessed at any time during the operation of your Account. Yotogel reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm continued eligibility.
To access yotogel's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. yotogel enforces a strict one-account policy per person, per household, and per shared IP address. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be merged or terminated, and any associated balances may be voided. Players suspected of operating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will have all accounts suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

All yotogel Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of processing. Yotogel makes no representation regarding currency conversion rates.
Yotogel is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This is a mandatory compliance requirement under anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations.

Yotogel aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, and the timeline resets from the date of complete resubmission.
In certain circumstances, yotogel may request additional documentation or apply enhanced due diligence measures, including for high-value accounts, unusual transaction patterns, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. This may include source-of-funds documentation.
Yotogel will never request your full banking PIN, online banking password, or any credential that grants direct access to your financial accounts. Only upload documents to the secure yotogel verification portal, accessible via your Account dashboard.
Yotogel accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — minimum MYR 30; bank transfer and FPX — minimum MYR 100; cryptocurrency — minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted based on your Account verification status.
Withdrawals are processed in the same currency as the Player's Account balance (MYR) and, where possible, to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Verified VIP-tier accounts may request higher limits subject to additional due diligence. Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 across all payment methods.
Yotogel is not responsible for delays or failures caused by a Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. If a deposit is credited to the yotogel system but not reflected in your Account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by yotogel are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Yotogel prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit low-risk wagering through the bonus requirements (e.g., arbitrage betting on opposing outcomes across accounts), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to Account suspension.
Yotogel operates a tiered Velvet Points loyalty programme with Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership levels. Points are accumulated based on qualifying real-money wagering activity. The full terms of the Loyalty Programme, including point accrual rates, tier thresholds, and reward redemption conditions, are published separately within the Platform's promotions section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
A 2% bonus on cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of MYR 688, is available to eligible Players. This bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying crypto deposit and is subject to the standard wagering requirements and bonus abuse policy described in this section.
All bets placed on yotogel are subject to the Platform's General Betting Rules and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.
Yotogel reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed on an event whose outcome has already been determined; the odds offered were the result of a technical error; or the bet is suspected to be part of fraudulent activity or match-fixing.
Odds displayed on yotogel are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation has been issued by the Platform. Yotogel may suspend markets at any time in response to significant news events, injuries, or suspicion of unusual betting patterns.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day across all markets. These limits are published within the Platform's betting rules section and may differ between sports, bet types, and Account tiers. Yotogel reserves the right to reduce the maximum payout for accounts displaying patterns consistent with professional or arbitrage betting.
In-play and live betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other sports are subject to additional latency and suspension conditions. Yotogel is not responsible for bets placed on outcomes that have already been determined in live play due to communication delays between the event venue and the Platform's data feeds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yotogel Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
Yotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in violation of these Terms; the Account is associated with fraudulent or criminal activity; or the Account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
In the event of Account suspension under Section 10.1, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any funds associated with fraudulent activity) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of a full review. Yotogel is not obligated to return balances derived from fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting yotogel support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Players who have applied a responsible gambling self-exclusion may not reopen their Account before the exclusion period expires.

All content on the yotogel Platform — including but not limited to the yotogel brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of yotogel or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content; use any yotogel trade marks or branding without express written permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of yotogel's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yotogel's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by yotogel's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Yotogel collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Yotogel processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling tool administration, and improvement of the Platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Yotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your Account. Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notification, which shall be no less than seven (7) days after publication except where immediate amendment is required by law or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its users.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yotogel holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that the Platform is intended to be used in compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction and that yotogel makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular country or region.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms established under yotogel's operating licence.
